Child accident and injury compensation claim example:

A child compensation, accident and injury claim was made when a pen was thrown by another child and struck the child’s face causing injury. The plastic surgeon was of the view that within 12 months following the accident there would be a slight scar tissue only visible by close observation. There was to be no permanent injury or other problems associated with the injury.
