The child went to a playground with her mother when the child injury compensation claim happened.The child was stood on a platform 7 feet from the ground with other children waiting to use the slide when the accident occurred. Whilst waiting she fell through a gap in the guard rails to the ground causing injury.  Due to the accident the child suffered in fractured wrist.
During the time the first claim was made the child returned to the playground and had the same accident causing another fracture to her wrist.
