Subject: Child injury
A child attended her local gym for trampoline lessons on a weekly basis. In class children had to wait (for safety reasons) while the other children had fully exit the trampoline before another child commenced. When the girl who was currently on the trampoline decided to exit, another child was allowed to get on causing the trampoline to become unsteady resulting in the child falling off. This caused a severe fracture on her wrist with permanent damage.
Her claim was valued at £13,000.
