Child injury compensation advice in car accident claim.
Please be aware that any child injured in a car accident can claim compensation against the other driver (if he/she is at fault). Also, if the driver of the vehicle that the child passenger is traveling in is also at fault in whole or in part, the child will have to make a claim against the driver as well. This may mean that the child will have to take court action against his/her parent or guardian. A litigation friend will be appointed to avoid conflicts of interest.
