Child injured at school by another child

CHILD INJURED AT SCHOOL BY ANOTHER CHILD

Claimant child, aged 7 years old, was injured at school by another child.

The Claimant child was attempting to climb the mini rock climbing frame when another child pushed her backwards and she fractured her coctis.

The Claimant attended at hospital immediately following the incident and was advised that there would be a one month recovery period.
