Claimant, aged 4 years old, was injured in nursery following an activity day.
The nursery had hired out a bouncy castle for the annual ‘activity day’, when the Claimant was pushed by another child into the side barrier of the bouncy castle.
As a result of the incident, the Claimant sustained an injury to his right arm and was immediately taken to hospital where it later transpired that he had broken it.
His arm was in plaster for a period of three months and a metal splint was inserted to support the brake.
The Claimant’s Mother and Litigation Friend made a claim for compensation on her son’s behalf and he later received £1,200.00 in damages.
